Job Description
As a Healthcare Regulations Expert at Uppercentile, you will play a crucial role in fostering an environment of compliance, trust, and innovation. Your expertise in healthcare regulations will be instrumental in ensuring that our services not only meet the current regulatory standards but are also poised to adapt to the evolving regulatory landscape. This is a contract position, and the chosen person can work from home (100% remote). You will be integral in building out the Rule Navigation service and supporting the varied needs of our organization as we grow with different end user types.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide regulatory guidance and support to internal teams and our clients in the healthcare sector.
  • Stay abreast of federal and state healthcare regulations, and analyze their impact on virtual care and AI adoption.
  • Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the integration of regulatory requirements into our products and services.
  • Lead educational workshops and training sessions on healthcare regulations and compliance.
  • Assist in the development of policy and procedure documentation that aligns with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in analyzing healthcare regulations and communicating recommendations.
  • Master's degree in Law, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex regulatory language into understandable and actionable guidance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and building strong relationships across diverse teams.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • A writing sample demonstrating analytical and communication skills may be requested during the application process.
